The National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health (Add Health) is a longitudinal survey of adolescents in grade 7 -12 in the U.S. during the 1994-95 school year. Survey topics on health, relationships, school, social and economic behavior data are collected in 4 waves. This workshop will give a brief overview of the survey and the data available.

Students will learn about different geospatial resources available to them and how to bring this data into GIS for integrated analysis with other types of information.
Comparison of Statistical Packages
In this workshop I will compare the syntax, strengths, and weaknesses of various statistical packages: SAS, SPSS, Stata, and R. Mplus and the AMOS package will be touched upon as well.
